Exhaust Upgrade
The factory exhaust system is a very restrictive, press bent, amss-prodiced unit, and increases backpressure once torque is increased. A 2.75" DPF-back exhaust improves exhaust flow, without overboost condition and provides better mid range repsosne, whilst a 3.0" option often flags an turbocharger overboost, requiring tuning. Both options however improve response, sound, and thermal control.

Our Hilux N70 TCU Tuning totally redefines the Aisin 4-speed transmission, addressing all of these issues by custom tuning the calibration to provide smoother, more responsive gear changes, complementing the enhanced performance of a professionally tuned engine. Pairing transmission tuning with our ECU remap is not mandatory, however, is extremely popular especially when towing. For best results, ECU and TCU tuning should be performed together.
