ECU Remap

TCU Remap
Our GT63S AMG TCU calibration is a critical upgrade that complements the ECU remap by optimising the 9 speed transmission logic to handle increased torque safely and efficiently. This transmission tune improves shift speed, optimises torque reduction during gear changes, increases clamping pressure on the clutch packs, and refines shift behaviour in all drive modes from Comfort through to Sport and Sport+ modes. The result is faster, firmer, and more consistent gear changes, improved launch performance, and a far more connected driving experience. Without a TCU remap, the factory transmission strategy can limit the full potential of an ECU-tuned GT63S AMG.

Exhaust Upgrade
An exhuast upgrade, whether cat-back, downpipe, or even a coplete exhaust upgrade for the C63S enhances both performance and sound by improving exhaust flow downstream of the turbochargers. Designed to reduce restriction while maintaining proper exhaust velocity, a quality exhaust system delivers a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note without excessive drone. While power gains are modest on their own, an exhaust complements ECU tuning and downpipe upgrades perfectly, completing the system for improved sound, efficiency, and overall driving experience.

CPC Remap
Our GT63S AMG CPC calibration is a critical upgrade that is required for Stage 3 and Stage 3+ packages to complement the ECU and TCU remap by optimising the Central Powertrain Controler logic to handle increased torque safely and efficiently, without inhibitions of torque, and speed limitaitons. The CPC also controls systems such as the exhaust flap control logic, drive-mode select and 4-Matic drive systems, and other various functions such as left-foot braking, launch control, and other key features can be optimised to break the 1000Nm/600kW barrier, espeically when implementing turbocharger and fuel systems upgrades.

Turbocharger Upgrade
Orignal BorgWarner turbochargers with TTE760 9 Blade turbines paired with the 7x7 compressor is a special turbine designed by TTE. Advantages are greater gas flow, reducing backpressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures, allowing safer, yet higher boost levels. This turbine material, and wheel itself is extremely light in mass, thus provides a reduced effort required for inertia, meaning faster spool up for the size. Capable of 600kW on 98 Octane Pump Fuel!
