Our CLA45S AMG AMG ECU calibration is a fully custom engine remap developed specifically for the M139 Turbo GDI platform. Following ECU unlocking which permits programming both via OBD and Bench, unlike generic flash files, our ECU tune recalibrates boost pressure control, torque modelling, ignition timing, fuel delivery of both high and low pressure systems, and throttle mapping to safely unlock performance the factory calibration leaves on the table. The result is stronger mid-range torque, sharper throttle response, and smoother power delivery across the rev range, while retaining OEM-level drivability and reliability. This CLA45S AMG ECU remap is ideal for both stock vehicles and those fitted with performance upgrades such as intakes, downpipes, or exhaust systems.

Our CLA45S AMG TCU calibration is a critical upgrade that complements the ECU remap by optimising the 8 speed transmission logic to handle increased torque safely and efficiently. This transmission tune improves shift speed, optimises torque reduction during gear changes, increases clamping pressure on the clutch packs, and refines shift behaviour in all drive modes from Comfort through to Sport and Race modes. The result is faster, firmer, and more consistent gear changes, improved launch performance, and a far more connected driving experience. Without a TCU remap, the factory transmission strategy can limit the full potential of an ECU-tuned CLA45S AMG.

An exhuast upgrade, whether cat-back, downpipe, or even a coplete exhaust upgrade for the CLA45S AMG enhances both performance and sound by improving exhaust flow downstream of the turbocharger. Designed to reduce restriction while maintaining proper exhaust velocity, a quality exhaust system delivers a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note without excessive drone. While power gains are modest on their own, an exhaust complements ECU tuning and downpipe upgrades perfectly, completing the system for improved sound, efficiency, and overall driving experience.

Orignal BorgWarner turbochargers with TTE560 5655 55mm turbine paired with the billet aluminum 56mm 6x6 compressor is a special turbine designed by TTE. Advantages are greater gas flow, reducing backpressure, and lowering exhaust gas temperatures, allowing safer, yet higher boost levels. This turbine material, and wheel itself is extremely light in mass, thus provides a reduced effort required for inertia, meaning faster spool up for the size. Capable of 410kW on 98 Octane Pump Fuel! Required for Stage 3+ package to support increased boost level. The OEM HPFP is not capable of supporting sufficient fuel delivery for up to 40psi. High pressure fuel pump upgrade is a must-have, non-negotiable compoenent to ensure engien safety for high power tuning packages.

The FTA (free to air) adapter converts the factory diverter valve into a blow off valve by redirecting the compressed air from the turbo to be vented to the atmosphere instead of the air being redirected into the air intake. The actuation of the diverter valve depends on manufacturer specification.
