TCU Remap
Don't underestimate the importance of the transmission calibration on late model Ford vehicles! Our TCU tuning totally redefines the Aisin 6 speed transmission, addressing all of the issues of indecisve shifting, and that continual torque converter flare in the 3.2L Ranger by custom tuning the calibration to provide smoother, more responsive gear changes, scheduled to match increases in torque when towing a load, and reduces converter slip to truly complement the enhanced performance of a professionally tuned engine. Pairing transmission tuning with our ECU remap is not mandatory, however, is extremely popular, especially when you are towing. For best results, ECU and TCU tuning should be performed together. Again, don't underestimate the importance of the Transmission calibration on late model Ford vehicles!

The Garrett Powermax intercooler is by far the best value for money upgrade on Ford Ranger 3.2L models to reduce charge air temperatures and pressure drop under load, maintaining consistent power during towing, highway driving, and hot Australian conditions. Cooler, denser charge air improves combustion efficiency, protects the engine from heat-soak, and allows the ECU calibration to deliver repeatable, reliable performance without thermal limitations. Whilst Garrett is by far the best unit on the market, it may not fit with certain bullbar and winch modifications. Please ensure you advise us of any changes to this area to ensure compatabilty so we can provide an alternative.
